While in NYC this past summer, our son and his girlfriend told us about Clinton St. Baking Company. They have amazing Banana Walnut Pancakes, as well as Blueberry Pancakes (among many other fantastic things!).
We started our breakfast with a plate of fresh fruit. My daughter and I split the banana walnut(wish I had taken a picture before cutting into them!) and they were gorgeous.
I can't even begin to describe how delicious they were!
We were not disappointed. Evidently Bobby Flay had done a blueberry pancake throwdown with the owner not too long ago. Here is their website and you can read more about this fantastic restaurant who was voted "best pancakes" by New York Magazine, 2008.
