Target birds on holiday - Sonny and Cher

This clever idea comes from Susan at Between Naps on the Porch. Visit her blog to see more fun!! http://betweennapsontheporch.blogspot.com/2009/04/target-birds-on-holiday.html Well, it doesn't appear that the Easter Bunny has left us much in our basket. Time to go on holiday and see where we land...
We invited Mr. Rubber Ducky to join us, but he says he has plans in a bathtub...
This nest looks like a lovely place to holiday!A little entertainment before bedtime -Sonny pecking at the keys and Cher singing for our supper!
Thanks so much for joining us on our little holiday jaunt...

  8. Hi Karen...

Ahhh...what lovely little birdies you have! Your Sonny and Cher sure are a talented pair...to be able to sing for your supper! How nice!!! Don't blame them one bit for claiming that sweet little nest all nestled into those pretty trees...beautiful!!!

Well my friend, this is the very first time that I've been to your blog...so very nice to meet you! I'm in Colorado now but I lived in south Texas for about 30 yrs., down by Corpus Christi. In fact, I had a place right on Lake Corpus Christi but we certainly didn't have any pine cones there...boohoo! I'm taking it that you are up in east Texas some where (in the piney woods region?) I think that is the pretties area in all of Texas!

Come by for a visit some time...you're always welcomed!
    Warmest wishes,
    Chari
